8 <br /> MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL <br /> January 18, 1982 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor LaValle at 7:00 PM. <br /> PRESENT: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty <br /> ABSENT: Irsf e ld, Vail <br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the minutes of <br /> January 4, 1982, after the following correction has been made: <br /> Page 3 (9. 1 ) - meet at Kuusisto's office to discuss pending city matters. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the minutes of the <br /> Special Meeting of January 12, 1982, after the following correction has <br /> been made: <br /> Page 7 (clerk's responsibilities) - City Council expects more information <br /> and supervision coming from the clerk's office. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the General <br /> Claims for January 18, 1982, after the following correction has been made: <br /> Claim for Howard Kuusisto - $572.80 of amount billed to Kruse septic system. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty (VAIL ARRIVED AT 7:07 PM) <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the Utility Claims <br /> for January 18, 1982, as submitted. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES <br /> 5. 1 Windsor Gro - Renew of Mobile Home Permit <br /> MOTION: McAllistemiade motion, seconded by Schletty, to renew the Mobile Home <br /> Permit for Windsor Gro, 17385 Forest Boulevard North, under Chapter 40, <br /> Article III, Subdivision D. for a period of 90 days. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
