Their next re- <br /> newal will expire July 21 , 1982 <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by McAllister, to renew the Mobile Home <br /> Permit for Randall Irving, 12870 Henna Avenue North, under Chapter 40, <br /> Article III, Subdivision B, for a period of 90 days. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by LaValle, that the City will cooperate <br /> with the Irving's in granting of extensions for their Mobile Home <br /> Permit, provided reasonable progress continues to be made in the <br /> construction of their residence. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5. 10 Windsor-Gro - Renew of Mobile Home Permit <br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by LaValle, to renew the Mobile Home <br /> Permit for Windsor-Gro, 17385 Forest Blvd.. , North, under Chapter 40, <br /> Article III, Subdivision D, for a period a 90 days. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 6.0 REPORTS OF OFFICERS & COMMITTEES <br /> 6. 1 Ordinance Committee - No discussion <br /> 6.2 Planning Commission - No discussion <br /> 6.3 Water Superintendent <br /> Mr. Burkard requested permission to attend a Water Operator's Seminar on April 20- <br /> 21-22, 1982, in Richf ie.ld, Minnesota. The registration fee is $45.00. Mr. Burkard <br /> to be reimbursed $5.50/hour plus mileage. The seminar required for certification. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Schletty, approval for Water Superin- <br /> tendent be authorized to attend the required conference for certification. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 6.4 Building Inspector <br /> Mr. Crever had no report to submit due to the inactivity in construction. Crever <br /> asked if the building permit issued to Rolling Green Properties had been picked <br /> up, and he was informed the permit was still at City Hall. The clerk's office <br /> is to submit a letter to them stating if the permits are not obtained as soon <br /> as possible, their Letter of Credit will be drawn on, and the Building Inspector <br /> will be paid from those funds. If the plans have been changed regarding the <br /> house, they should request a release from their financial guarantee. <br />
