Motion Carried. <br /> 5.4 Donald Sempel - Amended Special Use Permit <br /> Mr. Serape l, Safeway House Movers, would like to amend his original permit by the <br /> addition of a 30 x 60 building to be used for rental purposes. Mr. Sempel <br /> questioned whether he would be able to install a septic system for this building, <br /> and was informed that if the proposed business was a permitted use, and an accept- <br /> able perc test was submitted, that there should be no problem in obtaining a permit. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, Schletty seconded, to approve the Amended Special <br /> Use Permit for Donald Sempel, Safeway House Movers, showing an addition <br /> of a 30 x 60 building site on the property, as indicated on the Site Plan. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.5 George Indykiewicz - Mining Permit <br /> Engineer Kuusisto submitted a report on this mining site, and stated that the site <br /> is in good condition. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Vail seconded, to approve the Mining Permit for <br /> George Indykiewicz until November 1 , 1983. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.6 Randall Irving - Renew of Mobile Home Permit <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Irsfeld seconded, to renew the Mobile Home Permit <br /> for Randall Irving, 12870 Henna Avenue, under chapter 40, Article III, <br /> Subdivision B, for a period of ninety (9 0) days, and subject to col- <br /> lection of fee ($10.00) . <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.7 Windsor-Gro - Renew of Mobile Home Permit <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, McAllister seconded, to renew the Mobile Home Permit <br /> for Windsor-Gro, 17385 Forest Boulevard, under Chapter 40, Article III, <br /> Subdivision, for a period of 90 days, and subject to payment of the fee. <br /> All aye.
