Senior Engineering Technician Steve Duff had inspected the <br /> work and recommended approval. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the reduction of <br /> the letter of credit being held for the constructed improvements in the Fox Meadows Phase 2 <br /> Development to $55,286.91 of the original letter of credit in the amount of$439,612. <br /> Approve Reduction in the Letter of Credit for Everton Investment/Pratt Homes Fable Hills <br /> 4th Addition <br /> Everton Investment/Pratt Homes Fable Hills 4th Addition,the developer,had requested the City <br /> reduce the letter of credit being held for the Fable Hills 4th Addition. Senior Engineering <br /> Technician Steve Duff had inspected the work and recommended approval. Adoption of the <br /> Consent Agenda approved the reduction of the letter of credit being held for the constructed <br /> improvements in the Fable Hills 4th Addition to$113,491.95 of the original letter of credit <br /> amount of$756,613.00. <br /> Approve Reduction in the Letter of Credit for OP3 Prairie Village LLC for Prairie Village <br /> 4th Addition <br /> OP3 Prairie Village LLC had requested the City reduce their letter of credit for the Prairie <br /> Village 4th Addition Development.
