The following application summaries are from the four applications received as part of the <br />completive RFP process and the 2013 Piccadilly Square project that has shifted to pipeline <br />status with preliminary contingent awards of both CDBG and HOME due to final funding from <br />Minnesota Housing Finance Agency. The majority of the <br />residents having very low or low incomes 81% of the residents have incomes below 80% area <br />median income (AMI).
