IJ <br />Saturday, September 13 Fun! <br />Tour <br />so <br />EFUIVile- <br />2014 <br />Tour de Hugo 1014 <br />Join us Saturday, September 13 for the <br />fourth annual Tour de Hugo! This <br />community bike ride is fun for all ages <br />and biking abilities. The ride will start <br />at Lions Park near Hugo City Hall at <br />14669 Fitzgerald Avenue North. <br />Thanks goes out to our Golden Spoke <br />Sponsor Oneka Chiropractic and our <br />Silver Cycle Sponsor HealthPartners. <br />The Rides <br />City Six: 6 miles <br />Starting at 10:00am, this ride is great <br />for families! The majority of the route <br />is on paved trails. There will be a wa- <br />ter stop at Oneka Elementary School. <br />Town & Country: 20 miles <br />Tour the city and countryside of Hugo! <br />This ride has optional water stops, is <br />supported, and starts at 9:15am. <br />Rolling Rambler: 32 miles <br />Tour the countryside of Hugo and <br />beyond, over rolling hills, and cruise <br />around beautiful Big Marine Lake. <br />This ride has optional water stops, is <br />supported, and starts at 8:45am. <br />Big Beauty: 48 miles <br />Tour the countryside of Hugo and <br />beyond, over rolling hills. Cruise <br />around beautiful Big Marine Lake and <br />out to Marine on St. Croix. This ride <br />has optional water stops, is supported, <br />and starts at 8:00am. <br />Free T-Snirz and Lunch <br />All riders receive a T-shirt. The first <br />200 registrations receive a bike bag <br />filled with items from the sponsors. <br />Lunch, snacks, and water are provided. <br />Be sure to stop at the "Cake Break" to <br />enjoy a sweet treat, which is available <br />on the 20, 32, and 48 mile rides. <br />King of the Mountain <br />As the honorary 2014 King of the <br />Mountain, Dr. Aaron Arvig of Oneka <br />Chiropractic will host and start the <br />rides. <br />Registration <br />We will ride rain or shine. Registra- <br />tion is available in advance or with a <br />team of 5 or more for a discounted <br />rate. Day -of -registration will start at <br />7:00am. Online registration is availa- <br />ble for an additional fee at <br />www.active.com.
